We are here to promote horses and ponies working the land, using the old techniques and principles of our forefathers as they cultivated our countryside, in their own ways.

We do this in a way which combines the Old Heritage, using the old equipment as far as possible, but in a manner which recognises the need for Health & Safety standards.

We also do this in a way which gives us pleasure and fun whilst making an educational contribution to those who either need or want to learn these techniques for actual food production in a larger or smaller way, depending on the Horse Power available. This might well be an existing pony or two to cultivate a small family garden patch or a larger general purpose hack up to the real Heavy Horse Breeds for the small farm scene.

We are hoping to run officially recognised training courses with Duchy College, Stoke Climsland, which will preserve this Heritage, before the art slips away through our fingers. For further information please contact Victor (see contact us page)
